Application Software - To do a Particular Task you need to use software.            

General Purpose
1.       Word processing - prepare letters and documents.         (MS Word)
2.       Spreadsheets - prepare budget reports, etc.                  (MS Excel)
3.       Web browsers - Search information on the internet.       (Google Chrome)
4.       Presentation – Prepare a Presentation                            (MS Power Point)
5.       Drawing - draw pictures.                                                (MS Paint)

Special Purpose
1.       School management systems                     -              SMS
2.       Library management systems                    -              LMS
3.       Banking management systems                  -              Combank, SET, PET,

Apps – Using in Smartphones to do a specific Task
1.       Google chrome         -              To Browser Internet
2.       Uber / PickMe          -              To book a Vehicle to Travel

Mouse – Pointing Device
1.       Point                -    To Show a objet using mouse point
2.       Click                Press the Left Button of the mouse once
3.       Double Click       -  Press the Left Button of the mouse continuously twice
4.       Right Click          -  Press the Right Button of the mouse once
5.       Click and Drag    -  Click and Select an object or file or folder moving from one place to another
